Using Runner

Runner connects customers, drivers and merchants for delivery and shopping services. Users must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully and keep account credentials secure.

Orders, payments and delivery

Prices, delivery fees, merchant goods, wallet holds, escrow, cancellations, refunds and settlement follow the amounts and status shown in Runner. A delivery PIN or other confirmation may be required before funds are released.

Drivers and merchants

Drivers must keep required verification and vehicle documents current and must use genuine device location during active trips. Merchants are responsible for accurate product prices, stock and preparation of accepted orders.

Location and communications

Runner may use device location during delivery activity and may send essential account, job, order and support notifications through the app, SMS, push notifications or WhatsApp where enabled.

Safety and acceptable use

Fraud, abuse, impersonation, location manipulation during active trips, prohibited goods and misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination.

Changes

Runner may update these terms. Material updates should be presented to users for acceptance where required.
