Runner Privacy Policy

Runner processes account details, verification documents, order information, payment records, messages and location data required to operate the service.

Location

Driver location may be collected while online and during active deliveries so customers can track their assigned Runner and so the platform can dispatch nearby work. Active-trip GPS is treated as the authoritative trip location.

Notifications

Runner may send in-app, push, SMS or WhatsApp notifications for orders, jobs, messages, security and account events. Merchant WhatsApp order alerts are an optional platform communication channel.

Data protection

Access to sensitive records should be restricted to authorized users and administrators. Users should contact Runner support for account or privacy requests.
